Tulong-Trabaho Act

Tulong-Trabaho Act, Republic Act No. 11230, approved February 22, 2019, instituted a Philippine Labor Force Competencies Competitiveness PRogram and free access to technical-vocational education and training (TVET). It created a Tulong-Trabaho Fund to be funded through the General Appropriations Act and managed by the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority.
