National park

National park refers to the lands of the public domain classified as such in the Constitution which include all areas under the National Integrated Protected Areas System (NIPAS) pursuant to R.A. No. 7586, primarily designated for the conservation of native plants and animals, their associated habitats and cultural diversity. (Sec. 4(v), R.A. No. 7586 as amended by R.A. No. 11038)
