More fake news about CJ Davide’s stance on federalism

I will accept corrections, but as far as I know, Pusyon Bisaya did not have federalism as one of its platforms of government.

As far as I know as well, former CJ Davide had never been for federalism.

The quote regarding his support for a unicameral parliament was not from 2005, when he was Chief Justice, but from the July 21, 1986 proceedings of the Constitutional Commission. Besides, the draft Federal Constitution Davide is opposing does not contain the provision for a unicameral parliament.

The bit about the BF house mortgage are uncalled for and does not have any place in rational discourse.
